Shipping policy

At High Interest, we aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Signature Required:

All orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe and secure delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no authorized recipient is available, USPS will leave a notice and hold the item at your local post office.

Unclaimed Packages:

If your package is not picked up and is returned to us, we will issue a refund only after the item is received back in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Carriers:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service. Delivery times may vary based on location and external shipping delays.
